3. Products and Purchases

The Site offers digital music downloads for purchase. All sales are subject to the following conditions:

• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice
• All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been delivered
• Download links are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid, accurate email address
• Download links may be subject to an expiration period or download limit; any such restrictions will be communicated at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a refund at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or abuse

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Square, Inc. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Square's terms of service and privacy policy. Pro Distributor LLC does not store full payment card numbers on its servers. We are not responsible for errors or failures caused by Square's payment processing systems.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate and complete.

5. Digital Download License

Upon completing a purchase, Pro Distributor LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to download and use the purchased digital files for your own private, non-commercial listening enjoyment. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display the music
• Create derivative works based on the music
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the files to any third party
• Use the music in any commercial project, broadcast, film, video, advertisement, or any other revenue-generating context without a separate written license from Pro Distributor LLC
• Upload the files to any file-sharing service, streaming platform, or public repository

All intellectual property rights in the music, including copyrights, remain the exclusive property of Pro Distributor LLC and/or Apex Warriors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

6. Mailing List and Communications

By subscribing to our mailing list, you consent to receive promotional emails from us regarding Apex Warriors, including new releases, exclusive content, and special offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We will not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Pro Distributor LLC makes no representation that any character, name, or likeness associated with Apex Warriors corresponds to any real person.
